 Biryani Banane Ki Asaan Recipe: Khushboo Har Ek Dane Mein

Step-by-Step Recipe (เคคเคฐीเค•ा)


Step 1: Chawal ko tayar karo


Basmati chawal ko ache se dho kar 30 minutes ke liye bhigo dein.


Ek patile mein pani ubalein, thoda salt daal kar chawal 70% tak pakayein. Drain kar ke side rakhein.



Step 2: Marinade (Chicken/Mutton/Paneer)


Ek bade bowl mein chicken/mutton/paneer ko dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, biryani masala aur namak ke saath mix karein.


Isse 1 ghante ke liye marinate hone dein.



Step 3: Gravy tayar karein


Ek pan mein ghee ya oil garam karein, sliced onions fry karein till golden brown.


Thoda save karein garnish ke liye, baaki mein tomatoes aur marinated chicken/mutton/paneer daal kar ache se bhun lein.


Mint aur coriander leaves daal kar slow flame par cook karein till oil separate ho jaye.



Step 4: Layering the Biryani


Ek handi ya patila lein, base mein cooked gravy ka ek layer dalein.


Upar se half-cooked chawal ka layer dalein.


Saffron milk aur fried onions ko sprinkle karein.


Yehi layers repeat karein, aur last mein thoda ghee aur mint leaves add karein.



Step 5: Dum dena zaroori hai


Patile ka lid ache se seal karein (aata lagakar ya foil se cover karke).


Low flame par 20-25 minutes tak dum lagayein.

Dum ke liye heavy bottom handi use karein.


Fresh mint aur coriander ka use biryani ki taste ko next level le jaata hai.


Agar mutton use kar rahe hain, to pre-cook karein for tender texture.
